Collector’s Edition bonuses.

Hello, I apologize in advance if I created a topic in the wrong place or if I'm being slow; I'm still getting used to this forum. I need some help. I literally just bought the collector's edition of Might & Magic: Heroes VI. The game should include bonus content: 4 heroes (Yume, Kraal, Svetlana, Agirre), as well as two artifacts (Staff of Ashi, Staff of Purification). But I can't find these additions in the game, so my question is: Are these items installed automatically when the game is installed, or do they need to be installed separately? If they need to be installed separately, please tell me how.
