Heroes 6 - Discussion

Good evening! I bought the disc, installed it, played as Haven on easy difficulty, and lost miserably. I exited the game, and later decided to play as a different faction. When I go to choose a skirmish, I can't select a faction; only Haven is available. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
