how can it be working for you since yesterday if the keys for the retail versions were only sent out today?

I bought it yesterday, installed it yesterday, and it worked yesterday!
It seems like there's some chaos among the developers. Some people have to wait until 21:00 Moscow time, while others have been playing for two days already.
