If Magneto comes to him while Wanda is still alive, nothing happens, and he doesn't automatically switch to their team. Quicksilver won't know about it, but Magneto might guess, because the player he came to will remain alive.
If Wanda dies, Quicksilver will almost certainly play for the town for at least a day (this might not happen if a serial killer comes before Magneto and kills Wanda, and Magneto comes to Quicksilver). Then the Mafia can recruit him, and after Magneto's death, he switches back to the town, but with knowledge of all the Mafia members. So, they might decide to eliminate him so he doesn't talk
