There was only one delay, when I was on the train, the rest were due to SOME GROUP OF PLAYERS who sent me the NDs 2 minutes before the day started.

Well, firstly, the NDs were sent within 24 hours, as required by the rules. Regarding the "two minutes" - don't exaggerate.
Secondly, there was more than one delay that was your fault, and even the start of the game was postponed for a longer period than initially stated.

But that's not the point, I'm not suggesting anyone should be beaten for it - I just think it would be reasonable to skip Zubr, as he hasn't been a GM for a long time, especially since you yourself say:
