I apologize to the teams. There was a mistake in the Tournament Rules. 3 weeks were given for the III round. Correctly:
III. Tournament Rules. ... 2. The tournament is held from September 5 to November 20, 2011. Each team has 2 weeks for each match. It is allowed to play in any order. September 5 - 11: each team must conduct at least 2 draws. All draws must be completed by September 18. Round I. September 12 - 25. Each team must provide the results of any 8 matches of its players. Round II. September 26 - October 9. Each team must provide the results of any 16 matches of its players. Round III. October 10 - October 23. Each team must provide the results of any 24 matches of its players. Round IV. October 24 - November 6. Each team must provide the results of any 32 matches of its players. Round V. November 7 - 20. All matches must be completed.
