HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

I don't know much about violins and other stuff, but I'll take a look.

There are no scripts there. It's just a regular text file. You open it with Notepad (or any text editor), find the line you need (you can use search), change it, save it, launch Heroes, and check the result... If you don't like the result, you open it again, change it...
I understand: it's time-consuming and tedious, but in the end, you get what you want.
