I was presented with the facts: apparently, a player from the portal won in the "Novichok" league, and he has awards there, but here he has a second account, which doesn't look good, and people are complaining. I admit, I conducted the "investigation" hastily, without questioning witnesses or reviewing saves. I looked: indeed, it's the portal, the awards, the second account. The verdict seemed obvious to me. It seemed. Right now, I can't, but I'll look again in the evening and make a final decision. Although I already have a pretty good idea what it will be.

This isn't idiotic; it's the forum rules; read them when you have time. If you follow them literally, then the second account should be banned, and the first one should receive 50 penalty points (which is half the way to a ban).
If nothing criminal is found regarding Pioneer, I think we can bypass this rule, incurring fewer losses. :)
