I think Sky should be reinstated; he wasn't hiding, and his skill level has clearly improved. Here are his results in OFB: 10 losses out of 10 matches http://h-m-m.ru/ol/, including one against me. So, I should have been removed from the rankings a long time ago, as I was consistently ranked higher than him on the portal. And it's interesting that Sky is deemed unworthy of participating in the novice league, but people with good skills, like Paul man UTD, are signing up, and they end up being seeded as favorites from the second tier, which clearly isn't for novices. How does that work?
