Everything seemed fine, but the opponent surrendered for some reason

That did happen.
On the first week, a swamp secondary; when breaking the guard of a respawn, I lost all demons, imps, and starting hounds. With resource trading, I barely managed to build Efreet in the Citadel.
On the second week, a mini Griffin Conservatory; I can't take the conservatories on 2 and 3 yet, so I went along the second road, passing through the treasure zone, and arrived at the Tower. On the way, I took a hive for +6 Wyverns, losing 3 Efreet due to lack of fat. There was a club +5 there.
There was a lot of time, but no tempo at all, and next I would have had to hit a hive for a horde of Greater Gorgons and a Pandora's Box for 90+ Storms. For some reason I decided I couldn't break through with acceptable losses anyway and surrendered :mad:.
Later I checked—everything was easily breakable even without delivering growth.
