Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Seriously, everyone looks dirty and smells bad.

I can draw conclusions based on the "dirty" streets and grimy forests.

I just bought a laptop. It's very convenient to sell a "licensed" version of Windows 7 without a disc for 400-500 hryvnias. I asked if it was possible to opt out of it, but I was told that it wasn't. Apparently, this option is available in the USA and even Russia, but not here.
