Town Points – Is development becoming too formulaic?

And then you get this (meaning from the tower point) When you build this "small stuff" and it doesn't cost much money, and the path to the level 7 building is open!!! A GOOD THING!!!

So what? What's the point of spending on this small stuff if it isn't a prerequisite?
Imagine in Warcraft, that to build Taurens you absolutely have to whip up 7 farms:eek: Well? Is that normal?
The Rush tactic is completely killed by same-level (except I wrote Academic with gargoyles and Armageddon)
Where are the Knights on the first week? Behemoths? and other treats from 3, 2, and 4?
They aren't there...
Against this backdrop, the lack of a guild restriction is nonsense.
