By claiming that they are talking nonsense, you are thereby asserting that you are competent enough in what they are talking about to understand that they are talking nonsense (ergo, you know at least as much as they do, and your experience is superior).
Prove that you are more knowledgeable in biochemistry than the Vishmaster and, accordingly, his teachers.
If you can't prove it, bow to experience and accept it in its entirety.
