I read about them, and there's no mention of any hormones anywhere. Also, it's not definitively known whether Turczynski consumed meal replacements (and if so, which ones?). Furthermore, there's evidence that these meal replacements CAN be used INSTEAD of food, which contradicts Tengro's claim.
