You are definitely mistaken here - the most primitive graph is on Jebus' map. And in terms of gameplay: on the "SM" map, there is still some possibility of contact fighting for adjacent secondary resources and disputed tertiary resources; on Jebus' map, in 95% of cases, everyone eats on their own for the first week, and then whoever eats the center first wins.
