Clearly a newbie. Haven't you heard of the Vampire Cloak, Boots of the Dead, and the Mortuary Amulet? All your popular Galtrons are nothing compared to thousands of overpowered liches.

It seems you haven't played in any tournaments. They ban those artifacts there (Vidomina and Isra too, but less often than the cloak).

By the way, Vidomina and Isra even give a decent bonus to the cloak. Just saying.
