How to defeat the last two heroes? I played as an Orc hero – the Dwarf with his massive stacks of Dragon Archers is particularly problematic. The Sandro's Cloak might give a slight chance if combined with the Battle Cry skill and 200 points in the "Intimidate" knowledge, but... I'm not sure. How do you defeat the Dwarf?

I haven't played through the map as an Orc hero. It's difficult for heroes to succeed without magic, and Orcs don't have it.
The map was initially designed as a "who can last the longest" challenge. Then, I added a time limit for victory. You can defeat him through trickery: harass him with Imps until the time runs out. You can also buy a Warlock in the tavern and level him up. The Wall of Swords or Crystal Prison can do terrible things to the AI. Also, the mage Hafiz is in the Dungeon. The only question is where to get them.)))
I can suggest reducing the difficulty, as I mentioned before. If you like the map, I can create a simplified version.
