When the movie "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" was released, I somehow didn't watch it, but I watched it only today. While downloading it, I read many reviews about it, and most of them were negative, saying that the movie is nonsense and not worth watching. But I still decided to watch it, in order to form my own opinion. And I didn't regret it at all. I really liked the movie; it's captivating and easy to follow, and everything is clear and logical (the reviews said that there was supposedly no logic in the events and actions, and also why there was some kind of devil). For example, everything was clear to me, and when I saw that the devil was played by... drumroll!!!... TOM WAITS!!! - I was even more delighted. It's a pity that he didn't sing there. But the movie is great, very atmospheric and impressive.
