It happened. According to the tournament rules, Brogh was leveled poorly: they offered Nava, shoved in Healing, Archery, took Wisdom for multiple Pandora's Boxes.
End of the first week: home 1-6 in the Castle, took a Wyvern dwelling, Gnolls, Lizardmen, hero level 6. Only the road to the center, didn't go there.
On the second week, took a village, the Dragon Fly Hive (Wyvern already 17), Boots of Speed. Here I made the main mistake - didn't go for contact. Then I went into the treasure zone, where I spent about 10 days.

While the organizer is away, we played a game without his go-ahead.

Balance came up, but the opponent kindly allowed a generator restart for 500 gold - 8mm6a. After trading, I had +1200 gold.
I chose all rests - the opponent had double: I thought I was done for, but the generator kindly gave me a chance (3 Gremlin dwellings, a Gargoyle dwelling, and a Naga dwelling).
I decided to put Dace in the folder - he has Tactics. The road was long, to the computer through a teleport in the center. On day 116 I attacked to capture a Naga dwelling, but forgot 17 Golems in the slot - as a result, I wasted the hero for the seventh day.
End of the week: Nagas in the Castle.
Day 121 - I take the Naga dwelling, the Dwarf Cottage.
Day 122 - I take a chest behind a hoard of Royals: 15 Archmages!
Back on the first week, I decided to rush to the opponent without stopping anywhere.
Encounter: Dace 6 5 6 4, Expert Tactics, Water Magic, Offense, Basic Mysticism, 229 Gremlins, 12 Golems, 7 Nagas (all upgraded), 15 Archmages, 20+1+1 Gargoyles.
Tyris attacks: 3 Angels, 1 Champion, 2 Crusaders, 26 Marksmen, 4 Swordsmen, 1+6 Halflings. That's the hero.
