Where can I download the new version that includes new maps, artifacts, and buildings? There are new decorations and buildings on the Equilibrium website. Where can I download this version?

All the new content (only artifacts) can appear if the playing map has a random artifact, which may randomly drop one of several new Equilibrium artifacts, or simply a large red cube with a witty inscription.
