And yes, either you stuff your pepper if you have one, or you answer the question of why peppers need to be stuffed, so I can understand why you don't have to do it. Otherwise, you're just chickening out and afraid to admit that you don't have a pepper. Or that it's so small there's nowhere to stuff it.
