But arguing about castle defense in general is pointless – elves really have the strongest castle defense, apart from dwarves, of course :) although the black list is just a minor thing. Personally, I usually find that the enemy doesn't have the units in their army that are on my black list :(... But if you win a few battles against the race that is besieging you, and there's a guild in the city, then of course...
