113. The resource problem for building is solved. The Shield +6 at the external dwelling is guarded by Liches. Also, 3 days' travel from the castle to the side, there's a Helm +10-2 guarded by Steel Golems. Nothing else interesting found so far. I see 2 more external dwellings - for Elves and Genies.

115. Took a village - Tower. A scout reached the fork to the external dwelling and a second village, but I see a piece of road far enough from the fork, so the village is still about two days away. As a result, the external dwelling is almost a week's travel from home, there is no village near the external dwelling, the Dragon external dwelling is not found. So I need to recruit Horses in the castle and take their external dwelling on 117 behind a horde of Grand Harpies.

122. The same scout takes Medusas of 6, Mephala takes Dwarves of 20, a zero-level scout takes the external dwelling for 8 (-5 Pegasi on guard and 20 Centaurs with 1 Tree in the dwelling). Mephala's Tactics is still basic, no spell book, so problems may arise with 100+ Elves. A horde of Grand Centaurs wished to join, it was a pity to refuse...
123. External dwelling +8 Wyverns, Dragon Utopia #2: 7 out of 11 Grand Unicorns and 23 out of 24 Wyverns survived. Gave Boots of Speed, Blue Cap, Crown +4+4, and Club +5. Gave Earth Magic.

Gave Boots of Resistance, Dragon Armor +4+4, and 2 resource artifacts. As if I don't have enough Mercury or Wood. But money - enough to build a village up to Titans.
125. Finally I take the native village on the respawn, immediately build a Fort. Mephala takes a Pandora's Box for 15K gold (looks like a taunt from the generator), Shield +4, buys war machines and rushes home. And buys a spell book! I accidentally find a Lookout Tower, immediately send the Scholar there, while Mephala skips 900 movement points waiting for him. The scout at the respawn finds a second pair of Boots of Speed.
126. I fly over the mountains towards the external dwelling. What kind of external dwelling it is - I still don't know.
127. I take an external dwelling +12 Wyverns, a Library. Little mana (was 100 when replenished), so I don't cast Fly and Dimension Door. A Thieves' Guild shows that I am ahead of the opponent in all aspects except the number of heroes.

132. I breach the external dwelling, take a Breastplate +5 Attack, external dwelling +4 Wyverns, Pandora's Box... for 30 Stone Golems! and Shield +4 All (didn't manage to take it). Shakti shows stats 10-24-11-10. Mine - 25-22-15-14.
133. Picked up the Shield, took a Pandora's Box for all Earth Magic (Advanced Wisdom). I see a Sword +5 All behind Unicorns and a Helm +6 All behind 10-19 Archmagi! Shakti shows 18-16-19-17.
134. Took a Dragon Utopia (Red Orb, everything else already had). Took a Dungeon at the central respawn cell from the passage to the opponent and for some reason camped there??? Good thing I put on the Red Orb (since mana ran out). The opponent attacked, armies are comparable, and in stats Mephala is +10.
