Why ask such a question? The answer is obvious from my first post. But I have reason to believe that some players have been unbanned (meaning it was discussed in ICQ, etc., and not in the forum topic).

And I think that Mornie meant creating a new account to play from, and not for a clone, because the main account is unlikely to be unbanned.
