Paul told me to go back to the hotel room after sending a distress signal, so I went, but he wasn't there. There was just a group of soldiers outside, I killed all the regular ones, but the black ones can't be killed, and Paul is nowhere to be found! I've searched everywhere, every single square inch of the map, but he's nowhere to be found, he's not there, is that normal?
