I'll just say that there's a lot of text. It will be hard for newcomers to understand, and not everything written there is necessary for them. Translating it into English so that it's accessible to understand is doubly difficult. You should shorten your system so that it's at least readable, like our rules.

The entire document is definitely not for newcomers. They only need the rules I copied from HeroesWorld and the game calendar itself for clarity; everything else is for people who will be handling organizational work. Perhaps the bonuses can be presented in a more accessible form. Translation into English is also work, and it needs to be done just like any other task.
