04.09.2011 Lider1 (blue, dangeon, Shakti, Shakti) def Paty (red, fortress, Alkin, Alkin) Worlds at War 215 200%
The roads are slow. I start, I see a Griffin Conservatory, then another one. Scouts and money are lying around. How can I not play here? In the end, I also revealed an external dwelling of the reds and another Griffin Conservatory.
On the first week, I took an external Evil Eye dwelling and built a portal. I didn't build an Evil Eye dwelling at home because I had no sulfur.
On the second week, I scouted around a bit and saw a most unpleasant thing: on the only road, there was a block of 10-19 Efreeti, guarding 3 objects. Clearly, I couldn't kill them. Financial problems begin. Since there's nowhere to go, there's nothing to collect or break either.
On the third week, I sent a scout hero into the Griffin Conservatory; it turned out to be a tier 3 one. I don't know what to do. There's no spell book, but I have 50-something Evil Eyes, 1 Angel, and over 100 unupgraded Troglodytes. I decide to go take an external dwelling of KDs and another Griffin Conservatory. But for that, I had to go through 100+ Evil Eye stacks. By completely trading, the entire army is bought up, and that's only Evil Eyes, Harpies, and Troglodytes :D They kill all the Harpies and bite the rest. I enter the Griffin Conservatory and it's a min [minimal / low-tier one]. That's a letdown. But still, 2 Angels are better than 1. I went into the tier-3 one and successfully took it. And a direct path to the Efreeti. In short, I only got out on the fourth week, and even then almost all the Troglodytes were killed, but better them than the Angels.
After that, I started to live. I captured the Conflux town. I took the Naga Bank. Bought heroes, started scouting and collecting money. Breaking Griffin Conservatories along the way. I gave 3 Angels to Gunnar for leveling, and kept 5 for myself :-) I went along the path and saw a breached passage. Aha. So the opponent lives here. There's an unclaimed Dragon Utopia nearby. But my hero is leveled, expert Earth, 70 Evil Eyes; I decide it's time to go kill. I entered the respawn, killed a few scout heroes, captured the town. The main hero is nowhere to be seen. Plans are to break the Dragon Utopia. I just need to bring some meat for the chomper.
The opponent was somewhere far away. And he decided to surrender. To not drag it out. Because my long turns were tiresome :-)
Overall, it's clear that the person is experienced, knows the game mechanics well, hasn't been playing for just a day (over 1000 games played). He just needs to get acquainted and get used to the rules and our community :-)
Anyway, I recommend everyone to play rating games with him. Especially those who like to play blitz in 2-4 minutes :-) Welcome to the forum! :)
Thanks for the game!
(Whenever I have time, I am ready for a rematch :-) ;) )
it was exactly as lider1 described... for me these long turns are still unusual but i'll try to get used to them ;) thanks for the game!
