Question for the tournament judge. We started playing against Sevensan. He's very meticulous – he plays strictly according to the rules, and he warned me about that right away when choosing the version. I realized this during his previous game with the Black Dragon. He took a rest because he didn't complete the money transfer – I was blue, and he was supposed to take 1900 coins from me. Then he took another rest on turn 112. I said that he doesn't have any more rests left... he's arguing. I ask you to judge, what does the tournament rules say about rests (am I blind? :) )
