Although I've seen in Amiloo's streams that it works perfectly for him. I have Heroes 3 Complete installed, with the latest HotA and HD mod.

The Necropolis is the only building where the number of creatures won't be displayed until you enter it. If you enter it with a hero and then leave, the number of creatures will be displayed as it should. When a player is about to take a Necropolis, they position themselves as if they are going to take the maximum (10 vampires). If the Necropolis has fewer creatures, the battle becomes even easier.
