No matter the game, the rating changes. I believe the players who cheated received their punishment in the form of being disqualified from the tournament and banned from all subsequent ones (by the way, where is this list of "such" players?). Or is Max not enough for you?

I wasn't trying to interfere. I was just advocating for fairness. If the tournament rules state that if a player doesn't object, the results of the tournament games will be counted towards the rating, then that's how it should be, or are the rules being made up on the fly again?:) There was no game, but there is a result. Not showing up is essentially the same as forfeiting the game.

Tazar, as long as you continue to reason like this, the foundation of excuses for losses will remain strong. Any victory is a victory if it is the result within the rules! Why create rules if they are not followed? If the rules state that you can do three regenerations, then it's three, not two! If you agree to play by the rules, play by them, and don't get upset and point fingers at your opponent if they caused a loss. You also need to learn how to accept such losses. If you don't like it, don't play by the established rules; play by your own. In such cases, you need to change the rules, not your attitude towards the person who followed all the rules.
