Doesn't it seem strange that free wins are counted in a tournament but not in the reports? Why do free wins matter in the tournament but aren't reflected in the rating?

No game, no rating change. I believe the players who exploited the system received their punishment in the form of being eliminated from the tournament and banned from all subsequent ones (by the way, where is the list of "such" players?). Or is that not enough for you, Max?
