Did the graphics of Heroes 3 not deter you from wanting to play?

Personally, I don't care about the graphics, especially since I think this game is the best, but unfortunately, most of my friends refuse to play Heroes because of the graphics. But one of my friends used to play 3, but after the release of 5, he refuses to play 3, he says they are boring!
Respect your opinion. By the way, I read a post by a good player today, and I think he's right, I quote: "5 and 6 are aimed at the masses, and are mostly infantile and stupid."
