I vote for the Cyclops-Harpy-Bird combination.
Because harpies are cool, especially with their retaliatory strike. But there's one significant drawback – when I play with harpies, they're always the first to be targeted after the hero! And nomads have the first strike, which allows them to get out of the battle with as few losses as possible. And they aren't always the primary target for the enemy. Cyclops deal massive damage and are good in melee combat. However, ogres in Equilibris know more than one spell. But this doesn't prevent cyclops from being in 1st place. Birds are maneuverable creatures that can be said to attack twice – on their own (and the attack is quite powerful) and with lightning. And the lightning strikes with the same force as the bird itself! Of course, other combinations are also optimal for me, but I prefer this one more often.
