How should I understand "The sum of skills, as well as the amount of mercury, is limited to 4 months"?

For example, one player completed a Walkthrough of the map in two months, a second in three, and a third in five. How will you bring them to a common denominator? Please provide an example for clarity...

It is very simple to understand: for players who completed the tournament later than 6 game months, the sum of skills as well as the amount of mercury will not be counted;)
(Well, if 50% of players complete the tournament later than 6 months, then the gates will be opened wider:) ). These indicators will certainly be reflected, but Grails will no longer be awarded for them!
