28 units means there is a limit, just like when calculating regular damage. Logical. I wonder, what about the issue with the frequency of morale appearing, which was posted on the PhysMig website on June 27, 2011? I haven't tested it, but I agree about the heroes, but I don't understand about the neutrals - after all, they don't attack on their own.
