Hand of Fate. Part 2: Despair

I completed this map in 169 turns in hero mode. Now that I know all its secrets, I think the result can be significantly improved (by a couple of weeks at least), but I don't really feel like starting all over again (maybe in a couple of months). P.S. I traditionally defeated Orodiy with chaos creatures and small undead, additionally using their suffering ability and teleporting them out of harm's way, and resurrecting them with a hero. P.P.S. By the way, what's the point of all these horseshoes? You can't exchange them for experience at the altar because the hero is a drug addict, and there's nowhere else to put them.
