Mafia 33. The American Dream

The second clue probably refers to the fact that the green face is from some movie.

I have a guess, but it's a bit far-fetched:
1) She has a "Sherlock Holmes" banner in her signature.
2) There's a game (I'm almost afraid to imagine its plot) called "Sherlock Holmes and *something* Cthulhu."
But that's a bit of a stretch. I don't think she's the Mafia.
