Yes, it's in Russian. In version 1.3, it's fully translated into Russian. When an Inferno hero attacks, it's unclear why the enemies make that "ouch" sound. The same goes for the breeders. When Liches attack, the unit takes damage before the green projectile even reaches it. When a cyclops catapult fires, the stone flies out before the cyclops throws it, just like with regular catapults. The cyclops is slow :D.
