Discussion of the Necropolis faction.

Using the active skill Tears or Blood grants three reputation points (at least for skills of level 1). The most points can be earned if the unit flees: letting it go grants 20-30 Tears points, while attacking grants the same amount of Blood points. I don't know what determines the exact amount. But I suggest we move this discussion to the "Heroes 6 - Discussion" topic.
