What is "the right place"? This is the most important point. The Cranim.txt file (for accelerating animations) should be located in the Heroes of Might and Magic 3\HiRezData\Packs\MegaPack_Rus folder when the Russian megapack is installed, and not in the Heroes of Might and Magic 3\Data folder.
