Without Leoric, it's not the same. And yes, the models look very similar, like Axe. So, they probably resolved that issue. Or, they'll rename the heroes.

What copyrights, what Thralls, what are you talking about? What does Blizzard have to do with it?

Well, they might file a claim like, "What are you doing, using our characters in your commercial product? We'll sue you!" Especially since that's exactly what they would do.
