3. Again, what? Why are you fixated on "figuring out"? I mean that one of three psychos will go to kill, and the Pharmacist will have to somehow guess which of the three. And, actually, I'm assuming the Pharmacist does know these three psychos—but even then the chance of success is 33%, and if not all are known...

You and your colleague should decide whether the cop will help the town or the psychos... :D But the point remains that he didn't help us today, even though he already should have. There's nothing to discuss here.
