Doctor-killers:
1. Hugo Cherletti. Dead.
2. Benjamin Rush. No effect - block.
3. Martin Johnson. No effect - redirect.
4. António Moniz. 3 no-effect abilities. Priority - lobotomy, which, for example, may do absolutely nothing if it affects Peter Fischer, Michael Hope, or Anne Hope.
5. Recruited. Can kill, but since lobotomy, which is considered murder, will most likely be used, this ability will not be used.

Psychopaths.
1. Radonar O’Rayattoka. No effect: Murder.
Can avoid the block with a 50% chance. Can disrupt the execution twice.
