I don't really believe they postponed the release again...

No one is forcing you to believe, but that doesn't change the truth. Yes, the release has been postponed because the game is very unfinished; the developers are listening to player feedback and fixing what needs to be fixed. Naturally, it won't be possible to conduct a second wave of testing, fix the shortcomings, and release the game before September 8th. The change of date was quite expected recently, and there is nothing wrong with that; perhaps we will even thank them later.
