I watched "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" and enjoyed it; it's a pretty good movie. It's not without its flaws, of course, as there are some logical inconsistencies, and the moral ("there are things that shouldn't be changed") is complete nonsense (in real life, people often lost out because they ignored scientific progress). However, I was pleased with the "tactics" of the apes, and the scene on the bridge was truly something. The reason for the research is also quite logical, rather than just another attempt to create a "super soldier" or "biological weapon." I'd rather not say anything more, as I don't want to spoil it, but if you're looking for something to watch in the cinema, I recommend "Rise of the Planet of the Apes."
