Heroes 6 - Discussion

If there are too few factions, it's a bad game. If there are many, it means the game was well made and preserved the spirit of the heroes.

I must disappoint you: the "spirit of Heroes" does not depend on the number of factions. A game can have 20 factions, but there may be no balance between them. Or there can be only 3 factions, and the balance can be brought to perfection.
