It depends on the policy of the exam center. In the case of a lenient policy, they won't check you and might just ask you to turn off your phone, put it in your bag, and leave the bag near the entrance to the exam room. No one will search your pockets. In the opposite case, they might confiscate all prohibited devices at the entrance to the exam center. I'm sure there will be enough people who don't take their responsibilities too seriously.
