Why isn't there an option to vote for playing multiple games a day?:)

Because playing that frequently throughout the year seems a bit difficult to me :) and it's not particularly important for creating tournament schedules, because you'll still have to consider, within reasonable limits, those who are behind. If you've played all your games, we'll wait for the others. There is an option to do that; just click the button for "multiple games per week";)
