It seems your inflated sense of self-importance has consumed you, and self-pity will continue to plague you. According to your standards, those who unsubscribed from this thread should be banned for being rude to you, but hey, you're still alive, right?

I recommend downloading the book, reading it, and then visiting the website. Don't tell the archivist about this link, as he sells the book. If you want to buy it, go ahead, but don't mention the link. You can only download the book after registering, as it's not visible otherwise.
Read the book without skipping chapters. That's my advice. A curious mind will devour it quickly :) And yes, curious minds, don't forget to sleep and take breaks from it sometimes; I'm not the archivist (someone might think so):)
