Here's an anecdote:

And regarding the seriousness of the matter, if you don't understand direct hints, then things are bad; you need to treat your head, because blinders prevent you from seeing.

Does it reveal something trivial? No, it doesn't consider masturbation to be a disease. Strange? Not at all.
